Dear Chris,
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent etiquette and
protocol program you offered several months ago. Since I have taken the
course, I have had many opportunities to interact with professionals from
a variety of arenas and have found myself more comfortable than ever
before. I found your course to be particularly well laid out from its
introduction to its conclusion. You covered areas other courses do not and
welcomed questions by creating a non-threatening environment. I found
especially helpful the area of introduction and interaction in
professional settings. Additionally, I very much appreciated your emphasis
on behavioral rehearsal, asking the group to practice its newly acquired
skill for the subsequent 30 day following the class. The class has helped
me tremendously and I appreciate your leadership and direction throughout.
If I can ever serve as a reference, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Gustavo R. Grodnitzky, Ph.D.

Dear Chris,
On behalf of Leda Furniture I want to thank you for your input in
making our sales meeting pleasant and educational. Hopefully, each year we
will be able to do something of that category; it was interesting how for
the rest of the furniture market week, our people were making comments
about how they were shaking hands, and careful about making eye contact
with clients and colleagues.
Sincerely,

Dear Chris,
I enjoyed being your student in your Etiquette and Protocol seminar
this week. I found your lessons to be relevant and practical. Your style
of teaching was warm and comfortable, and very professional. You have a
lovely way of empowering your students to do their very best. Thank you
for all you have taught Matthew and me.

Dear Mrs. Rock,
I am writing to thank you for working with my son Mathew Heiskell
during your Etiquette and Protocol camp for teens. The success of your
camp is evidenced by my son's confidence and ease as he is around adults.
He says "Now I feel comfortable interacting with adults" The
classes gave him a wonderful opportunity to focus on his interaction with
the adult world of which he will soon be a part. The aspects of the camp
dealing with the letter writing and resume building will profit Matthew
all of his career and the dining and table skills we enjoy seeing him use
daily. As a mother it is reassuring to have this training for my son, I
have seen him become a stronger, more attentive, focused young man. I have
recommended this camp to the parents of Matthew's classmates at Calvary
Day School. In closing I wish you the very best and thank you for making a
difference for the next generation.
Most Sincerely,

Thank you so much for having the manners course. We really appreciate
it and learned a lot. We enjoyed your friendly manner, interesting way of
conveying the subject; and the history of some "etiquette
traditions." Thank you!

Dear Ms. Rock,
Thank you very much for the etiquette camp. I had a fun time. I also
learned a lot . My book is also helpful. Thanks again.
Sincerely,
Olivia Cline

Dear Ms. Rock,
Thank you so much for teaching me proper etiquette. I appreciate your
offering the class. I learned so much! I am trying to practice correct
posture, introductions, handshakes, and dining skills. Everyone wants me
to tell them what they're suppose to do! Elizabeth and I had a lot of fun
Tuesday night teaching our parents how to eat correctly. (They weren't
very good students!) I know all this information will help me out greatly
now, and in the future. Once again, thanks for helping me feel comfortable
in awkward situations, be confident of myself, and free to be me!
Best wishes in your future classes.
